Billing Policy:

  • We accept Visa, Master Card and American Express. If you do not have one of these credit cards you can send us a wire transfer to our bank in Miami or a Certified check to our Atlanta Office. Please contact one of our Travel Consultants for further details.

  • Rates quoted are in US dollars and the transaction amount will be converted to Mexican Pesos at the exchange rate on the date of the transaction. Please note that the amount which will be posted on your monthly billing statement can differ up to three percent due to fluctuating international currency exchange rates. We cannot be held responsible for fluctuating exchange rates and by accepting these policies you acknowledge that you have been advised of the exchange rate fluctuations and agree to our processing the transaction in Mexican Pesos.

  • Despite our best efforts, there may be a small number of mispriced items in our database. Rest assured, however, that we verify prices as part of our confirmation procedures. If an item's correct price is lower than our stated price, we charge the lower amount. If an item's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.

  • Once we've received your reservation we will email you a confirmation and reservation number. Approximately two to three weeks before departure, we will reconfirm your arrival information, provide you with details concerning your hotel and airport transfer (if was required).

  • The amount corresponding to your reservation will be immediately charged to your credit card, provided it has a confirmed reservation status. Please bear in mind that your credit card billing statement will show "E-TRAVEL RESERVATION CENTER" as the company responsible for the charge, except for some reservations including flights where you might have two charges, one for the airfare amount and another for the remaining amount of all other services such as your hotel, airport shuttle or activity reservation, taxes, fees, and other. These charges may appear as “E-TRAVEL RESERVATION CENTER” and the corresponding “AIRLINE COMPANY NAME”.
