Booking Terms.

Bookings are accepted subject to the following conditions:

CancunFirstClass.com acts as an intermediary between the concerned hotels, all transport operators, tourist offices and all other contractors providing the services and as such is not liable for any loss, injury or damage sustained by the tourists. Additional expenses incurred due to delay, accidents, natural disaster, political actions and unrest must be borne by the clients. Reserving through our site implies the tourists agreement to these conditions.
    Billing Policy.
  • We accept Visa, Master Card and American Express. If you do not have one of these credit cards you can send us a wire transfer to our bank in Miami or a Certified check to our Atlanta Office. Please contact one of our Travel Consultants for further details.
  • Rates quoted are in US dollars and the transaction amount will be converted to Mexican Pesos at the exchange rate on the date of the transaction. Please note that the amount which will be posted on your monthly billing statement can differ up to three percent due to fluctuating international currency exchange rates. We cannot be held responsible for fluctuating exchange rates and by accepting these policies you acknowledge that you have been advised of the exchange rate fluctuations and agree to our processing the transaction in Mexican Pesos.
  • Despite our best efforts, there may be a small number of mispriced items in our database. Rest assured, however, that we verify prices as part of our confirmation procedures. If an item's correct price is lower than our stated price, we charge the lower amount. If an item's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.
  • Once we've received your reservation we will email you a confirmation and reservation number. Approximately two to three weeks before departure, we will reconfirm your arrival information, provide you with details concerning your hotel and airport transfer (if was required).
  • The corresponding reservation amount will be charged to your credit card once submitted and reservation status shows confirmed.


  • Cancellation Policy.
    If the client decides at any time and for any reason to cancel his or her booking, cancellation charges will, at the Company's discretion, be levied as follows:
  • Reservations cancelled up to 14 days prior to arrival date are subject to a charge of 10% of the total amount of the reservation
  • Reservations cancelled 14 - 2 days prior to arrival date are subject to 2 night charge.
  • Cancellations made within 48 hrs prior to arrival or no shows are 100% non-refundable.
  • If a passenger leaves the hotel prior to completion, no refund can be made.

  • Christmas, New Years and Easter:
  • Reservations cancelled more than 45 days prior to arrival date are subject to a charge of 10% of the total amount of the reservation.
  • Reservations cancelled 45 - 32 days prior to arrival date are subject to a 3 night charge.
  • Cancellations made within 31 days prior to arrival or no shows are 100% non-refundable.
  • If a passenger leaves the hotel prior to completion, no refund can be made.

  • Tours & Transportation:
  • Reservations cancelled more than 2 days prior to arrival date are subject to a charge of 10% of the total amount of the reservation.
  • Cancellations made within 48 hours prior to arrival date or no shows are 100% non-refundable.
  • All cancellations must be made in writing, and shall be effective only on the date on which the Company receives the notice of cancellation.
CancunFirstClass.com reserves the right at any time to change any of the terms and conditions contained in this Site Agreement or any information contained in the Sites. Any such changes will appear on the individual ages of the Sites and/or on this page. By using the Sites, you agree in advance to accept any such changes.
